Your role is essential in enhancing manufacturing production systems, aiming to boost success rates while ensuring seamless, zero-downtime operations. By melding manufacturing process expertise, operational knowledge, and equipment control with robust data systems, you will enforce a harmonious sequence of operations across diverse departments. Your dedication and sharp focus are key to propelling Pfizer toward new achievements and extending healthcare breakthroughs to patients around the world. In this role, you will: Provide day-to-day support for a clinical drug product manufacturing facility utilizing automated vial filling systems and drug formulation equipment. Deploy and test automated systems and equipment while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and executing verification protocols. Support process equipment during Installation, Startup, Commissioning, Qualification, and Operation throughout its lifecycle. Support Facility Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) of new equipment, including wiring diagram reviews, control panel inspections, and device testing. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation issues encountered during operations. Provide critical support for automation systems, monitoring issues and developing preventative solutions. Contribute to project tasks and milestones by organizing work to meet deadlines. Support generation of maintenance plans, safety assessments, and vendor-based maintenance/calibration activities, including LOTO plans and equipment maintenance work instructions. Develop Preventive Maintenance Procedures, critical spare parts lists, PM schedules, and Local Work Instructions (LWI). Maintain a safe work environment and safety culture in the facility. Document troubleshooting efforts in the Computer Maintenance Monitoring System (CMMS). Support manufacturing investigations as needed. Collaborate with Clinical Manufacturing Technology teammates, Technical Services, Operations, Quality, and other engineering departments. Some domestic and international travel may be required.

Requirements

• Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Thorough understanding of and experience working in an aseptic fill/finish environment during GMP operations.
• Working knowledge of operating high speed production systems and associated support equipment.
• Hands on knowledge of instrumentation, calibration, control panels, control valves, analytical equipment, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), variable frequency drives, and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)/HMI systems.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders (clients, management, staff, and contractors).
• Ability to blend safe work practices with technical acumen to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Experience executing verification protocols and adhering to GMP standards.
