POSITION: Full-time, 12 month faculty position (tenure track or clinical track as eligible) in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. RESPONSIBILITIES: We prioritize effective teaching and professional competence. Additional responsibilities include professional and community service, as well as scholarship/research. Our goal is to create a collegial environment that allows for customization of the workload based on passion and interests and family life.

Requirements

  • Experience in pediatrics, neurologic or cardiopulmonary rehabilitation
  • Eligible for physical therapy licensure in Ohio

Nice To Haves

  • Academic doctoral degree (Ph.D., EdD, DHSc, etc.) is preferred but not required; clinicians with DPT and clinical specialization or plan to gain certification are encouraged to apply
  • Prior teaching experience in PT or PTA program is preferred but not required; clinicians with any experience in continuing education, presentations/inservices to colleagues or development of facility training are encouraged to apply
