About The Position

Throughout the fellowship, the Laryngology Surgery fellow is actively engaged in per-operative patient care on both a supervised and independent basis. All facets of surgery are included in the surgical train ing. The fellow is also expected to provide attend ing coverage to assist with emergency coverage for patients on an as-needed basis. Fellows are also required to actively assist in the teaching and training of house officer, medical students, and paramedical personnel. The fellow will also be responsible for formal didactic presentation including the core curricu lum, grand rounds, and the teaching conference. All fellows are required to complete a research project suitable for publi cation as mandated , and to meet any and all additional require ments as set forth .
