As an Adjunct team member, you will have access to the following benefit: 401k (eligible upon completion of 90 days of employment and must be at least 18 years of age) Purpose of the Position: An instructor fulfills instructional duties and responsibilities as assigned including providing engaging instruction in core content, laboratory skills, and professionalism. An instructor models, guides and evaluates student demonstration of required program clinical skills. An instructor develops and delivers high quality academic remediation and intervention support and certification preparation services, as assigned. An instructor manages student information, evaluates student performance, maintains high levels of student engagement, models and teaches professionalism skills, and implements institutional initiatives, policies, and procedures. An instructor is responsive to student needs and feedback and works to maintain high levels of student satisfaction. An instructor works in tandem with program and institutional leadership and cross-department representatives to maximize academic achievement, retention, certification, graduation, and placement outcomes.
