Under the general direction and supervision of the Division Dean/Associate Dean, the instructor is responsible for keeping up-to-date with the current industry and developing/updating courses for different delivery formats (classroom, hybrid, synchronous online, and asynchronous online). Teaching assignments for this position include, but are not limited to; Basic AutoCAD, Plane Surveying, Engineering Surveying, Geodetic Surveying, Aerial Surveying, Public Land Surveying, Route and Construction Surveying, Principles of Land Development and Boundary Control & Legal Principles. This position is also responsible for the maintenance of the labs and equipment, developing course objectives, implementing teaching strategies, advising students, monitoring and evaluating student progress, keeping accurate records, and working with the program and College teams. This is a full-time regular position.
