This role will analyze, develop, implement, and evaluate performance-based technical training for metering training programs. Maintain technical subject matter expertise and a thorough understanding of current business processes related to the metering organization and will act as a subject matter expert. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical or engineering support, direction, and advice for the development of projects, programs, and engineering products. The successful candidate will consult with business partners to clarify and define work procedures and processes to develop and document these updates. Keep abreast of current regulatory initiatives and new technology and assess their impact on training and work practices. The successful candidate will investigate safety incidents which involve metering equipment and/or work practices.
