About The Position

To plan, organize, and deliver value-driven skill development programs to participants in accordance with YMCA goals and objectives. Who Are We? Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Demonstrate ability to develop and teach skills
  • Prior knowledge and at least 1 year of experience in program area
  • Ability to effectively use technology for programmatic needs
  • Obtain and maintain all new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire
  • Available select Friday evenings for 2 hour shifts and/or Wednesday mornings

Responsibilities

  • Assists with specific activities, routines and/or games for all participants.
  • Leads with enthusiasm and positive motivation in program.
  • Manage all equipment to ensure safety.
  • Maintains a clean and risk-free environment.
  • Promotes other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referral to appropriate person.
  • Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
