$16.89-$40.00/hour, DOQ; on-call positions available. Performs responsible work planning, executing and/or instructing classes, camps, or other recreational programs for families and individuals of a variety of ages and abilities. There are three levels of Instructor distinguished by the level of work performed and the qualifications of the employee. Additional Position Information: Performs work in a variety of indoor/outdoor recreation and county facilities; may require ability to travel among various work sites. Work schedule varies and is dependent upon mutually agreed upon class, camp and/or other program times. Must be able to work flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings and/or weekends. Specifically looking for individuals with experience in a variety of sports and/or outdoor skills (camping, cooking, hiking, etc.) and water-based adventures (kayaking, canoeing, etc.) for various ages and abilities.
