The first community college established in Arkansas, Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA) is a multi-campus, two-year college serving Eastern Arkansas. Teach full compliment of courses according to ACTS and course catalog, including but not limited to law enforcement, criminology, corrections and contemporary issues. Courses primarily will be delivered face-to-face, but will also include online options. Assist with recruiting and retention efforts as well as campus and college activities/projects/committees to further the mission of the college.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in law, criminal justice or closely related field preferred.
• Experience and ability to conduct coursework online, utilize course delivery platforms such as Blackboard, ability to conduct virtual/online labs and integrate technology into instruction to meet the needs of students from a variety of backgrounds.

Nice To Haves

• Three (3) or more years of teaching experience, preferably in a higher education setting.
• Experience with Blackboard, Workday and Zoom/Teams a plus.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
