The College of Southern Nevada (CSN), Department of Human Behavior, is currently seeking a full-time tenure-track Biological Anthropology Instructor. Responsibilities: Teaching assignments may be multi-campus, with the possibility of day, evening, weekend, on ground, online, and/or hybrid classes in accordance with departmental needs. Under the direction of the Department Chair, the Biological Anthropology Instructor will be responsible, but not limited to, the following: Provide instruction for Introduction to Biological Anthropology and Biological Anthropology Lab courses. Provide instruction for introductory-level Anthropology courses. Support the Anthropology curriculum in support of the Anthropology Associate of Arts Degree and Certificates. Develop syllabuses, course materials, and assessment tools across several anthropological subfields; evaluate students' mastery of skills and competencies aligned with course-level and program-level outcomes. Participate in program/division meetings and activities and serve on department and college-wide committees. Collaborate with Anthropology faculty on projects and initiatives. Participate in student assistance and advising. Participate in college services activities. Participate in professional development activities.
