About The Position

Instructional Training Technologist C² Technologies seeks an Instructional Training Technologist to provide instructional technology support to instructors and students in using multimedia and innovation lab technologies. The position will focus on the technical aspects of training, while applying instructional strategies and techniques to enhance the learning experience. This is an onsite or hybrid position. Summary: The Instructional Training Technologist will design, develop, and deliver training programs for instructors and students, incorporating instructional technologies and innovative teaching tools. The position requires a strong technical mindset and the ability to troubleshoot and support technology-based training environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to formal training pedagogy.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional technology.
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience training staff and instructors on the use of technology in training.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with mobile learning platforms and responsive design frameworks.
• Knowledge of HTML and learning management systems.
• Experience with video teleconferencing and social learning tools.

Responsibilities
