The North Carolina licensed and certified Instructional Technology Facilitator will support students and staff through high-quality virtual instruction and collaboration. Working from their home or from our Durham office, this role involves frequent consultation with stakeholders using the telephone, internet, and various curriculum and communication tools. The primary goal is to ensure that each child successfully completes their instructional program and each staff member is supported in the effective use of instructional technology. The facilitator will serve as a technology leader, developing and delivering professional learning opportunities, overseeing student device monitoring, evaluating digital tool implementation, and contributing to school improvement planning. They will also facilitate instruction promoting technological competence, establish guidelines for emerging technologies, and support professional growth among staff.
