The Sponsor is seeking an experienced Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to evaluate training needs and to help develop high-quality training programs for Advanced AI and Counter AI topics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, experience with adult learning principles, and the ability to work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) in AI and LLM technologies. The goal is to create engaging, effective, and scalable training solutions that support the development and deployment of LLMs. The successful candidate must: Conduct analysis to identify training needs for LLM development, deployment, and application. Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to understand the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for effective LLM utilization. Design and develop training content, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and performance support materials. Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Work closely with AI/LLM experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content. Facilitate workshops and meetings with SMEs to gather content and validate training materials. Develop prototypes of training materials and conduct formative evaluations to ensure effectiveness. Iterate on training content based on feedback from SMEs and pilot testing. Support the implementation of training programs, including train-the-trainer initiatives. Develop evaluation plans to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Stay abreast of the latest developments in LLMs, AI, and related technologies to ensure training content remains current and relevant. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills in instructional design and emerging technologies.
