SAIC is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to support the U.S. Army Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) and Modeling and Simulation (M&S) development contract to develop, and evaluate distributed learning solutions, including storyboards and scenario-based instruction. NOTE: This position is 100% Remote / Work from Home. The Instructional Systems Designer will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Analyze training needs and develop solutions by identifying training requirements and creating tailored solutions to meet those needs. Develop both asynchronous and synchronous instructional materials suitable for immersive and distributed learning environments. Perform detailed development, testing, and maintenance of course materials or courseware. Work with instructors, SMEs, and multimedia developers to design, develop, and evaluate distributed learning solutions, including storyboards and scenario-based instruction. Advise customers on innovative training solutions and curriculum development to enhance learning effectiveness. Monitor project progress, assess and manage risks, report on KPIs, and maintain documentation, while serving as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
