This position supports our customer’s nationwide TSCM program with strategic and operational support across various locations, providing essential contributions to safeguarding classified and sensitive information from foreign and domestic threats. This initiative offers an opportunity to contribute to national security through cutting-edge technical and security-focused roles. The Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) will analyze, design, develop, and evaluate courses and training programs for personnel using a standardized approach to training (SAT) process and established course development policies. The ISD will collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce classroom, scenario-based, and online instructional materials. The role requires creating engaging and effective training materials and job aids using state-of-the-art instructional strategies and techniques, while maintaining appropriate security clearances and system access. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Top Secret/DOE Q clearance with SCI eligibility. Contingent upon award of Contract.
