About The Position
Team Carney, a dynamic performance and professional development company, is seeking a Mid Level Instructional Systems Designer to support the Training Division of a government agency. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing the ADDIE model in the development of curriculum to include learning objectives, instructional strategies, structure and sequence, instructional training material, validated training material, evaluations and evaluation reports and recommendations, multimedia assets, and e-learning courses. THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE AND IS HYBRID.
