About The Position
The Instructional Systems Designer II is responsible for creating and implementing effective learning programs and materials to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of individuals within an organization. Works closely with Subject Matter Experts to identify training needs, develop instructional objectives, design curriculum and select appropriate delivery methods. As a federal contractor, CNI is a drug-free workplace and adheres to the Federal Controlled Substance Act.
