As an Instructional System Designer (ISD) for the F35 ALIS and Mission Planning Environment training development team, your role is crucial. Your responsibilities include applying the ADDIE process to training requirements, creating and maintaining courseware and work instructions, participating in program and team meetings, and collaborating with team members, subject matter experts, engineers, and other product teams. Your contributions will directly impact our team's success and ensure that the courseware meets our customers' and stakeholders' needs. The chosen candidate will: - Participate in all aspects of the ADDIE process for various training projects and scenarios to develop effective courseware content that meets customer needs. - Adhere to approved style guides and the JSF ISD instructional design plan that documents policies and standards. - Possess excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills. - Be able to effectively communicate with engineers, graphic artists, and subject matter experts and understand technical data. - Create and maintain work instructions. - Be a proven self-starter who can effectively interact with military industry and academic partners. - Potentially participate in training needs analysis and gap analysis. - Develop training using the dominKnow Learning Content Management System (LCMS). - Be familiar with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. - Be familiar with F35 ALIS, MPE, or admin software applications. - Work onsite at Eglin AFB, FL.
