About The Position

The Texarkana Arkansas School District is accepting applications for an instructional facilitator (220-day contract) for the 2026-2027 school year effective immediately at Fairview elementary.

Requirements

• Must pass a national criminal background check and a background check through the Arkansas Child Maltreatment Central registry
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
• Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
• Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data
• Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
• Calm and patient demeanor with students and others
• Three or more years experience as a classroom teacher
• Two years experience in instructional leadership role
• The Board may find appropriate and acceptable alternatives to the above qualifications.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred
