About The Position
Bottomline is looking for an Instructional Designer to grow with us in a Hybrid work environment out of our Portsmouth, NH office! This person must be able to come in at least once a week to our Portsmouth, NH office. The Instructional Designer will be a key member of the Revenue Operations and Enablement team at Bottomline. This role will support the Paymode line of business and be responsible for creating and maintaining world-class training programs for their go-to-market teams. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to design and create the sales learning journey and accompanying curriculum for the Paymode sales teams. This person will work cross-functionally with the revenue enablement team sales leadership to develop the curriculum frameworks and will collaborate with subject-matter-experts to create the content and training. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving and accelerating knowledge, comprehension, application, and productivity for go-to-market teams. In this role you will design and develop learning solutions in a variety of formats (instructor led, e-learning, microlearning, videos). You’ll apply solid instructional design methodology, incorporate adult learning principles, and ensure learning offerings are accessible, and scalable.
