As an instructional designer with the WCWPDS, you will be joining a group of dedicated professionals who work together to advance high-quality, innovative learning for public child welfare professionals and caregivers across Wisconsin. The Instructional Designer, in conjunction with WCWPDS colleagues and stakeholders, assesses, designs, develops, tests, publishes, maintains, and enhances competency-based online and blended learning resources and produces educational media and other course materials. The instructional designer will be able to apply learning theory and instructional design models in the consultation, selection, and application of educational methodologies and technologies. Responsibilities for this work include both instructional design and instructional technology development. As a member of a work team, the candidate must be able to work both independently and collaboratively.
