Requirements
- MA/MS degree, instructional design, or relevant professional discipline required
- 5+ years’ experience with instructional design, instructional technology, quality assurance, and effectiveness assessment in higher education required
- Self-Starter and high achiever attributes required
- Must be U.S. Citizen
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with faculty, or comparable corporate experience, to design and deliver academic content in a remote/distance learning setting preferred
- Experience with Articulate Storyline desired, experience with Sakai a plus
- Understanding of adult learning theories and their application to STEM disciplines in higher education desired
- Proven track record for being able to work independently and collaborate well with faculty of varying teaching experience levels desired
