The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature. Ensures integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans. Converts written materials and/or training requirements to online and/or instructor-led interactive courseware. Develops flow diagrams and storyboards to design instructionally sound eLearning solutions, using a variety of delivery media. Experience working with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content. Develops course manuals, training aids, and audio/video materials, as needed to enhance training. The Instructional Designer shall possess the following capabilities: Create hands-on activities in virtualized environments to mimic a practical, real-world experience. Provide input for learning objects for interactive e-training solutions (for example: HTML5, Captivate, and/or Edge delivery. Complete data entry and technical writing activities, to include mapping course objective to Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (K.SA) and/or JQS.

  • Develops course manuals, training aids, and audio/video materials, as needed to enhance training.

  • Provide input for learning objects for interactive e-training solutions (for example: HTML5, Captivate, and/or Edge delivery.
  • Complete data entry and technical writing activities, to include mapping course objective to Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (K.SA) and/or JQS.
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph.
  • Bachelor's Degree; FOUR (4) years of documented instructional and or curriculum development experience can be substituted.
  • TWO (2) or more years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience working in the Department of War (DoW) and/or Intelligence Community
  • Familiarity with the SIGINT mission space
  • Familiarity with SIGINT compliance/policies
