As an Instructional Designer on our team, you will collaborate with internal clients to assess needs, coordinate, design, develop, and deliver interactive learning solutions through a variety of mediums in support of the overall strategy and goals of Evernorth’s pharmacy. In this role, you will make an impact on our Specialty Pharmacy patients and the organization as a whole by: Understanding and having in-depth experience with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model to create effective training solutions Conducting needs assessments and other types of analysis to identify gaps in employee performance or knowledge Demonstrating effective communication skills to serve as a learning consultant to align training strategies for process improvement initiatives, program changes, or mandated process modifications Being competent in adult learning theory and fundamental training approaches to design engaging learning solutions that promote a learning culture Using curriculum development tools to create effective e-learning training, facilitation guides, course material, training aids, self-led material, and other training support material Working within an LMS to test all courseware prior to delivery for a 100% confidence level of learner access and functionality Maintaining awareness of new developments in training and instructional design and recommend modifications in our curriculum and practices
