We’re seeking an Instructional Designer who combines exceptional writing and project management skills with a passion for creating engaging, behavior-changing learning experiences. As a member of the NAVEX Ethics and Compliance Content Team, you’ll join a collaborative group that oversees the design and development of NAVEX’s eLearning content. In this role, you will lead external instructional design partners and manage multiple projects from concept to delivery - ensuring that all learning content reflects NAVEX’s instructional, editorial, and quality standards. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts and creative partners to create engaging, globally relevant learning experiences.
