About The Position

We are seeking two experienced Technical Writers to support Client's Field Training project. These roles will focus on developing high‑quality training materials that meet Client's standards and support workforce competency across complex industrial systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical writer or instructional developer in industrial, energy, manufacturing, or related technical environments.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly training materials.
• Experience working with P&IDs, OEM documentation, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with SMEs and cross‑functional teams.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of operator training, On-the-Job (OJT) development, or technical instructional design is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Oil and Gas upstream and midstream operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop learner guides, trainer guides, verifications, and other training materials in Client's prescribed formats.
• Collaborate with Client subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather task information and validate content.
• Partner with instructional designers and training developers to ensure materials meet Client quality and training standards.
• Support content reviews, revisions, and document control processes throughout development.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Client Field Training Project Manager.
