About The Position

In this role, you will participate in meetings with potential new projects and work closely with team members to create training materials for both new and existing associates. You will utilize all available software, technology, and tools to make training materials as interactive as possible. Your responsibilities will include evaluating the effectiveness of existing and new training materials, completing daily administrative tasks such as tracking student data and timekeeping, and delivering training lessons using the developed materials. You will also facilitate the transition of students from training to the work environment, ensuring that competency levels meet business needs. Training will be tailored for different audiences, including the general population, Automation Champions, and Leaders. Additionally, you will conduct follow-ups for new agents and level-up training, provide feedback on current materials, and conduct surveys to identify training needs and areas for improvement. Your goal will be to develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials in an interactive manner, ensuring that each participant leaves with a firm grasp of the subject.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Communications, Technical Writing, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, providing service, training, or technical support.
  • 1-2 years of experience with product training groups.
  • 1-2 years of experience creating and driving process and workflow changes.
  • 1-2 years of experience using Google for project management, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Microsoft Office tools, Descript, Walnut, and Adobe.
