About The Position
Are you an experienced Instructional Designer with the ability to create content for various training methods such as Virtual, In-person, and E-Learning opportunities? Are you comfortable with Adult Learning theories, collaborating with stakeholders, and creatively applying instructional design principles to develop engaging and innovative trainings through various platforms? Victra is Verizon's trusted business partner and largest premium retailer in the United States. As an Instructional Designer, you will develop curriculum and content to support Victra's training initiatives. This includes partnering with leadership at the store support center (corporate), field team, telesales team, and other various business channels. You will develop trainings that reflect Victra's organizational goals. A Instructional Designer is passionate about equipping Victra team members with the content and training necessary for an exciting career path.
