Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) is crucial to gather technical content, clarify complex information, and translate it into learner-friendly formats that meet training objectives. Additionally, the role involves leading content reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency, as well as contributing to evaluation efforts by collecting and organizing learner feedback and assessment data to support the evaluation of training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
