About The Position

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience developing online learning courseware and teaching online.
• Master's degree or higher in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
• Expertise in course and learning management systems, multimedia authoring tools, and AI-driven content development tools.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theory and adult learning principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with graphic design, animation, and gamification elements.
• Familiarity with HTML5/CSS and multimedia design.
• Proficiency in delivering training and workshops in both online and face-to-face settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of interactive online courseware modules and self-paced learning experiences for non-credit programs.

• Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for faculty on effective online teaching practices.
• Maintain detailed records of faculty participation in training programs and track data on non-credit programs.
