About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for an Instructional Designer to be accountable for designing training programs for all facets of our HR Training Department. As an Instructional Designer, you will conduct needs assessment and analysis to identify new development opportunities and work with all members of Leadership to make recommendations. Using your knowledge of current and upcoming instructional technology, you will assist the HR Training team members in modifying current materials, while designing and developing materials and instructional programs.
