The Instructional Designer reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Instructional Design. Together they create, design and facilitate training for Franchise Partners and managers which best helps improve operational excellence in Crumbl stores. A Crumbl Instructional Designer is responsible for educating, training, and reinforcing Crumbl's best practices to course participants. Courses may also be facilitated through webinars, digital classes and other live or in-person training. Instructional Designers may be required to complete additional research on topics outside of their expertise. This includes conducting outside assessment of information and also engaging/working with Internal team members that may be an expert in the field of the training topic. This position requires working closely with the Sr. Manager of Instructional Design to ensure efficient and optimized instructional processes, as well as providing Franchise Partners and Managers with the knowledge that is necessary to become Corporate Certified. The Instructional Designer is responsible for positively representing the brand at all times. In addition to Franchise Partners, Instructional Designers may create, design and facilitate courses for internal Crumbl HQ teams. This may include courses focused on leadership development, team work, tough conversations and managing others. Courses may be focused on working within their teams but also for leading and guiding Franchise Partners and operators. Additional outside research to create this leadership content may be required.
