The Instructional Designer/Technologist position is an on-campus role within the Instructional Support Department at Sullivan University. Members of the Instructional Support Team (IST) play a vital role in enhancing the quality and accessibility of academic courses across various delivery formats, including face-to-face, hybrid, and online. This position requires close collaboration with faculty subject matter experts to design engaging instructional materials that adhere to university standards, accessibility guidelines, and best practices in instructional design. The Instructional Designer/Technologist provides technical support for the Learning Management System (LMS), offers tailored consultations to faculty, and contributes to professional development initiatives. Successful candidates will possess a combination of technical proficiency, instructional design expertise, strong customer service skills, and emotional intelligence to support a dynamic academic environment.
