The National Geospatial-Intelligence College (NGC) Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs) work with subject matter experts and clients to capture learning requirements and recommend solutions to advance their mission effectiveness. Leveraging learner-centric principles to design the experience, ISDs design synchronous and asynchronous materials, as well as performance support tools that most effectively improve performance while minimizing impact to time away from mission for learners. Building upon the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) and Successive Approximation Model (SAM) frameworks, NGC ISDs leverage their expertise and creativity to develop engaging and interactive learning experiences.
