About The Position
The Instructional Designer Manager (IDM) at Securitas Inc. is a pivotal role within the global training leadership team, responsible for shaping the strategy for global training design and overseeing the instructional design function. This position supports a significant account providing physical security services across multiple countries, focusing on developing a comprehensive training curriculum that includes eLearning and multimedia training. The IDM supervises the instructional design team and the Training Program Coordinator, ensuring effective training creation and administration.
