About The Position

Design and build engaging digital learning content, including self‑paced courses, blended learning assets, and instructor‑led support materials Create short‑form, modular learning such as microlearning, job aids, quick‑reference guides, and performance support for just‑in‑time learning Develop storyboards, scripts, interactive activities, and assessments grounded in adult learning principles Use tools such as Articulate Rise and/or Storyline to create, publish, and continuously improve learning content Support end‑to-end delivery of learning programs, from early discovery through build, review, launch, and iteration Support and facilitate live learning sessions and workshops for large, global audiences Engage stakeholders to identify skill gaps, learner pain points, and role‑based needs, particularly for technical and digital roles Translate business and learner needs into clear learning objectives and a prioritized content pipeline Contribute to AI and technical upskilling initiatives by supporting course content, learner resources, and program materials Support learning operations across platforms such as AGU and PATHWAY, including publishing, updates, and basic learner support Designing and building digital learning content, including short-form and modular learning Applying adult learning principles to create clear, engaging, and practical learning experiences

Requirements

  • Experience creating microlearning, performance support, just-in-time learning assets, or social media-based learning
  • Exposure to technical, digital, or AI‑related learning content
  • Familiarity with LMS/LXP environments and learning publishing workflows
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
