About The Position
We are looking for an Instructional Design Lead to join the Pinterest Academy team at Pinterest. This position is responsible for leading the design and development of engaging, learner-centered training courses, modules, and materials for advertisers, with a focus on agencies and our global advertiser base. As an Instructional Design lead, you will manage our team of instructional designers to deliver high quality learning experiences across our entire program portfolio, including eLearning, certification, webinars, video tutorials, and in-person training workshops. In partnership with internal stakeholders and program managers, you will identify learning needs and objectives for our diverse audiences, and act as a strategic thought leader on all things content. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and project management skills, a passion for educational design, and a deep understanding of technology and advertising.
