The Instructional Coach supports the improvement of instructional practice and student outcomes through job-embedded coaching and professional learning. This role partners with teachers to strengthen curriculum implementation, data-driven instruction, and classroom practices aligned to KIPP St. Louis instructional expectations. Reporting to the School Leader or Assistant School Leader, the Instructional Coach provides individualized coaching cycles, models effective instruction, and supports teachers in analyzing student data to continuously improve teaching and learning.
