Instructional Assistant
About The Position
The K-5 Teacher Assistant supports classroom teachers in creating a positive, engaging, and effective learning environment for all students. Responsibilities include assisting with instructional activities, reinforcing learning objectives, providing small-group or one-on-one support, supervising students during transitions and non-instructional times, and helping maintain classroom organization and safety. The teacher assistant collaborates with teachers and staff to promote academic growth, social development, and student success.
