About The Position
This posting is for an Instructional Aide, Multi-Campus, for the 2025-2026 school year. A job description and current compensation plan are attached. This position is in the Pay Grade 1 / Minimum starting salary $15.25/hr. Primary Purpose: Assist teacher in preparation and management of classroom activities and administrative requirements. Work under supervision of certified teacher.
Requirements
- Minimum of 48 college hours required.
- Valid Texas educational aide certificate (the District will assist the employee in obtaining this certificate).
- Ability to work well with children.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Some experience working with children.
Responsibilities
