About The Position

The Research Operations Coordinator will collaborate with faculty, research staff, and administrative personnel from both institutions, UT Dallas and UT Southwestern, to oversee operations and maintenance of shared equipment, and to coordinate and implement policies and procedures governing shared resources within the Texas Instruments - Biomedical Engineering and Sciences (TI-BMES) Building. The role also includes ensuring compliance with institutional and governmental regulations related to research activities conducted in this collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree In Science
  • 5 years in engineering, physical sciences, or related discipline

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree or
  • PhD
  • Fewer years of experience is acceptable with a higher degree (MS or PhD).

Responsibilities

  • Building Operations & Emergency Management (in collaboration with support team at TI-BMES)
  • Shared Equipment Core Operations (TI-BMES - Equipment Core)
  • Regulatory Compliance & Institutional Liaison
  • Reporting & Administrative Tasks (in collaboration with support team at TI-BMES)
