Responsible for coordinating institutional activities to provide support for comprehensive program of institutional effectiveness consistent with the accreditation requirements for the college. Through collaboration, active instruction, and communication with college constituents, the IE Director is responsible for assessment initiatives, analysis and reporting of institutional assessment data, generation of internal and external reports, and monitoring college accountability and assessment measures including state-determined performance metrics. Demonstrated skills in development, implementation and evaluation of postsecondary curriculum, accelerated instructional delivery mechanisms, performance-based instruction, technology-based instructional delivery and other creative approaches to secondary education. Experience working with multiple and diverse constituents in support of the college’s mission and assists in the preparation of reports for federal, state, and accrediting agencies
