The Big Task As an HVAC Install Assistant , you’ll support experienced HVAC Lead Installers in installing, maintaining, and servicing heating and cooling systems, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

  • Assist HVAC Lead Installers with equipment installation, replacement, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings
  • Transport, organize, and stage tools, materials, and equipment at job sites
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of refrigerants, electrical components, and heavy equipment
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, both on-site and in service vehicles
  • Observe and learn installation techniques, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics from experienced technicians
  • Document work performed, materials used, and any jobsite notes accurately for records and follow-up
  • Communicate professionally with team members and customers, helping to ensure a smooth installation experience
