Requirements

• 0–2 years of HVAC or construction experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn HVAC systems and tools
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures (desert climate conditions)
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in HVAC, construction, or a related trade
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Interest in pursuing a long-term HVAC career
• Basic understanding of safety practices on job sites

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with residential and light commercial HVAC system installations
• Help install central air systems, split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
• Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after installations
• Follow company standards to support accurate and efficient installations
• Assist in reading basic job specs and layouts as directed by lead installer
• Support system testing and help ensure proper operation
• Maintain compliance with safety guidelines and company procedures
• Provide professional and courteous customer service on job sites
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs on schedule
