Requirements

Minimum 3–4 years of gutter installation experience.
Strong attendance, punctuality, and consistent adherence to safety practices.
Competent in gutter installation processes with limited supervision.
Proficient in gutter machine operation, including loading coils and producing straight runs.
Skilled in making clean Outside and Inside Strip Miter cuts.
Accurately measure, cut, and assemble gutter sections, outlets, and downspouts.

Responsibilities

Assist installers with hanger placement, sealing, and joining techniques.
Identify and report installation issues or safety hazards.
Train and mentor Installer Assistant I team members in gutter machine setup and cutting techniques.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them with minimal oversight.
Show readiness for promotion to Installer I (full installer) by consistently demonstrating advanced technical skill and leadership potential.
Perform accurate material counts and support jobsite checklists.
Document before/after photos and assist with reporting.
Maintain accountability for company tools and equipment.
Uphold company values and maintain a professional image at all times.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients.
Consistently follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
