About The Position

Ram Jack is seeking an Installation Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the field installation of remedial repair and new construction projects. As Installation Supervisor you will be managing crews, maintaining high- quality standards, and ensuring project timelines are met. The ideal candidate is a hands on leader, excellent organizational skills, a strong focus on quality control, and a passion for developing team members.

Requirements

Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a production or construction environment.
Strong knowlege of foundation systems, including helical piers, underpinning, and concrete repair.
Excellent organizational, problem- solving, and communication skills.
Physical ability to work on job sites and perform manual labor as needed.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Certifications in construction safety or equipment operation
Experience operating heavy machinery or CDL certification.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee field crew to complete foundation repair projects on schedule and within budget.
Plan, coordinate, and delegate tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and manpower.
Supervise all aspects of job site activities, including equipment operation, material handling, and adherence to project specifications.
Conduct pre-construction assessments to ensure site readiness and resolve any potential issues.
Enforce all safety policies and procedures to create a safe work environment for the crew.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and local building codes.
Inspect work during and after completion to ensure quality meets company standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or unforeseen challenges on the job site.
Act as the primary point of contact between Production Manager, Project Managers, and clients.
Provide regular updates on project progress, material usage, and any deviations from plans.
Train and mentor installation techs to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
Foster a positive, productive, and collaborative team environment.
Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and storage of tools and equipment.
Coordinate the delivery and inventory of materials needed for each project.
Perform any additional duties assigned by Production Manager or Sr. Management.
