About The Position
We are scaling-quickly and we're looking for a High-Level Operator to take full ownership of our installation and service division. This is not a maintenance role. This is a Performance-Driven Leadership Position where you are accountable for results. We have strong demand and a consistent flow of jobs. What we need is someone who can execute, lead and optimize the field operation at a high level.
Requirements
- Proven leader in construction, remodeling or home services
- Someone who thrives in a results-driven environment
- Strong operator who can manage people, processes, and pressure
- Takes ownership and solves problems without excuses
- Wants to run and improve a department, not just maintain one
Responsibilities
- Full oversight of installation crews and service technicians
- Job flow execution-from post-sale to completion
- Scheduling, materials coordination, and job readiness
- Quality control systems and install standards
- Customer experience and issue resolution
- Hiring, training, and upgrading the install team.
- Driving performance across speed, quality and efficiency
