Corrpro Companies is looking for an Installation Project Manager for Oil, Gas or Municipal projects. Corrpro is a corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for the protection and preservation of infrastructure. Corrpro provides professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, universities, and public transportation agencies. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum, Chemical Engineering, Materials, Electrical Engineering or related field 3 years of related Project Management experience, ideally with oil/gas, municipal or industrial construction and/or cathodic protection projects Experienced in working directly with Client engineers and other contacts Must have experience partnering with several groups within the company and customers Clear understanding of managerial financial information, plus familiarity with "percent of cost" accounting Strong construction safety experience Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, lead and work in a team environment Experience supporting clients and providing excellent customer service Extensive experience with MS Word and Excel required, JD Edwards or other CRM helpful Must be able to travel approximately 25% of the time WHY CORRPRO? (Cal only) Full Benefits Package including Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Long and Short-term Disability Insurance Quarterly Bonus Potential Matching 401k Tuition Assistance and Paid Certifications Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and much more RESPONSIBILITIES Fully accountable for planning, directing and managing deliverables on Cathodic Protections construction projects including staff, subcontract labor, and equipment to achieve revenue and profit goals Ensure company objectives for customer satisfaction, safety, quality, production, revenue and profit are met within a prescribed time frame Review construction estimates and ensure site surveys are complete and accurate Contribute to the submittal documents for approval by the reviewing authority Schedule and coordinate construction staff and equipment Oversee the assignment of work for each project to effectively utilize resources and meet commitments to customers Assist with the review of customer contracts, purchase orders, and work authorizations regarding proposed scope of work, customer expectation, and project objectives Create strong customer relationships and provide follow-up to ensure continuing conformance of projects to all requirements, including customer requirements, testing requirements, cost and profitability requirements, growth requirements for assigned engineering accounts, ongoing milestones and project closeout Accountable for project profit and loss; timely billings and collections from customers to ensure profitability and adherence to project accounting guidelines Spot check data, generate reports, and ensure all project documentation is technically correct and meets minimum performance standards Assist in the analysis of the monthly Job Cost Report for individual projects and ensure budget goals are met Ensure that monthly invoices are accurately prepared and submitted to customers Develop, organize and maintain engineering specifications / standards by consolidating and assimilating best operating practices Perform field investigations to assess project quality, crew performance, and adherence to safety requirements. Prepare Performance Metric reports with the analysis of monthly labor hours against forecast; subcontractor analysis (schedule of values) for all projects Azuria Water Solutions Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
