Are you a detail-oriented, hands-on leader with experience in construction or window and door installation? Join the team at NewSouth Window Solutions as our next Installation Manager and help us deliver top-tier results and outstanding service to homeowners across the region. As the Installation Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing installation schedules, supporting crews, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring jobs run smoothly from start to finish. This is a dynamic, boots-on-the-ground position that offers a mix of office coordination, field training, and team leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in construction or window and door installation
  • Hands-on field experience installing windows and doors strongly preferred
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs and perform physical work as needed
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient with computers and job management systems
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • A team player who can adapt to changing priorities and solve problems quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on field experience installing windows and doors strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure completion of window and door installation projects
  • Assist with ordering and proofing materials
  • Recruit, train, and manage installation crews
  • Schedule installs, measures, and assign crews to jobs
  • Ensure all necessary small materials are in stock and ready for jobs
  • Visit job sites and hold regular meetings with crews to review scope of work
  • Manage warehouse organization and efficiency
  • Oversee truck receiving and inventory
  • Coordinate with manufacturing to manage job flow and resolve issues
  • Ensure crews have materials and instructions for successful project completion
  • Implement and maintain corporate branch SOPs
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Conduct weekly meetings for accounts receivable, measures, and scheduling
  • Review labor bills for accuracy and fairness
  • Assist with managing and collecting account receivables
