We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Concierge to be the main point of contact for new customers during their installation journey. This fully onsite role is all about creating a seamless and professional experience — offering the kind of "white glove treatment" that sets NewSouth apart.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based or call center role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to multitask and update systems while speaking with customers
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and task-oriented focus

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish bilingual strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all new customers after purchase
  • Proactively reach out to customers to provide a warm introduction and outline next steps
  • Deliver status updates throughout the production and installation process
  • Respond to customer questions or concerns, acting as a liaison to internal departments (production, scheduling, service, etc.)
  • Collect and document customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and support continuous improvement
  • Keep all customer files, notes, and documents accurately updated in the CRM system
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of customer documents and information
  • Partner with internal teams to anticipate and resolve potential issues before they impact the customer
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and solutions-oriented tone in all interactions
